Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Return in the original shoe box with all tags, accessories, and inserts.
- Outsole wear, toe creasing, stains, odors, or missing packaging will make the item ineligible.
- Proof of purchase (order number and email) is required.
Return window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. For select limited/launch releases, a 7-day window may apply; any such exceptions will be noted on the product page at checkout.
How to start a return
- Fill out the Start a Return form below or email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll email a return authorization with instructions and a trackable label.
- Pack your items securely. Use the original outer carton when possible to protect the shoe box.
- Drop off the package with the carrier indicated on your label.
Exchanges
To get your size or color faster, place a new order and return the original pair for a refund. Direct exchanges are subject to availability and processed as a new shipment once your return is received and inspected.
Return shipping & fees
- For most returns, a flat $9.95 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
- No restocking fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
Refund timeline
- Inspection typically takes 2–3 business days after delivery to our facility.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid label and resolve with a replacement or refund.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Used/worn shoes, including visible outsole wear or toe creasing.
- Customized or altered products.
- Missing original packaging or accessories.
Gift returns
Gifts can be returned for store credit or refunded to the original payment method when the purchaser initiates the return. Please include the order number or the purchaser’s name and email to locate the order.
International orders
At this time, returns are only available for orders delivered within the United States.
