Delivery Options & Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, weight, and promotional eligibility. Most orders ship from U.S. facilities.
Estimated delivery windows begin after your order has shipped. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume releases may impact timelines.
Order Processing

- Processing time is typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 pm CT begin processing the next business day.
- During launch events and peak seasons, processing may take longer.
- Some items may ship separately at no additional cost. You’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your sneakers on the way. If you need to change or cancel, email [email protected] within 30 minutes of placing the order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins. After shipment, we can’t reroute packages.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- Report issues within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected date if lost).
- We’ll investigate with the carrier; resolution times vary by case.
- Keep all packaging and damaged items for inspection and photos.
Preorders & Backorders
If an item is a preorder or backorder, the estimated ship date is shown on the product page or at checkout. Your payment method may be authorized at checkout and charged when the item ships. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
Holiday & Peak Season Notes
Carriers observe U.S. federal holidays. High-volume periods such as major Jordan releases, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and year-end holidays can add 1–3 business days to processing and transit times.
