1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of nikejordans.org (the “Site”) and the purchase of products offered on the Site (collectively, the “Services”). 2. Eligibility & Account

  • When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  • We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.

3. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order, including on limited releases and special drops.
  • Items in your cart are not reserved. Your order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or errors in pricing or product information, or for other reasons permitted by law. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full for the canceled items.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time we accept your order.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.
  • We strive for accuracy but may correct pricing or typographical errors at any time. If the correct price is higher than the price stated at checkout, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high‑volume releases.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us promptly for issues.
  • We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise specified at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returned products must be in original condition and packaging unless otherwise stated in our policy. Certain items (e.g., worn shoes, final‑sale items, limited releases) may be non‑returnable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.

7. Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promotional codes are subject to individual terms, may be limited in time or quantity, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unless stated, promos cannot be combined and exclude already‑discounted or limited‑release items.
  • Gift cards (if offered) are not reloadable, not redeemable for cash (except as required by law), and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

8. Product Info & Sizing

  • We aim to display product colors, materials, and features accurately; however, actual colors may vary by device. Product measurements are approximate.
  • Authenticity and condition notes will be stated in the product description where applicable.
